Do I need to have experience in painting?

No! That's the beauty of our studio. Our artists will step you through from the first brush stroke to the completion of your very own painting. Whether you have experience or have never picked up a paintbrush prior, we want you to have fun and go home with a painting of your own creation which you will be proud of!

How long do classes last?

The majority of our classes are 2 hours long although we do have 3 hour classes as well. Please be sure to check each individual class when registering for class specific information.

3

When should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of the session. Classes start promptly, so this will also allow you to set up your food and drinks and get settled before the session begins.

What should I bring?

As we are a BYOB (aka Bring Your Own Beverage) establishment, you should bring any food or drink you wish to consume. This includes the ice you may need to chill your drinks.

We will provide napkins, water, ice buckets (no ice), plastic cups and glasses, and bottle openers/corkscrews. We provide all supplies needed for painting.

Also, please be advised that acrylic paint does stain clothing. We will provide you with an apron but it is advisable not to bring clothing that you would regret staining.

Do I need to make reservations?

While reservations are not required, we do strongly suggest that you reserve your seat before the class. We do not guarantee seats and seating is limited. If you are attending with a group, please make sure to notify us so that we are aware to seat the group together.

When you do book a seat at an Art and a Bottle class, it is similar to purchasing a ticket for an entertainment event, like a concert or movie. We have a limited amount of seats for each class and want to be sure that anyone who wants to attend can do so, especially those on our wait list, if at all possible.

Therefore, we do allow cancellations or reschedules, but we require that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to class start time. Send your cancellation information to Art and a Bottle via email or by phone. This provides us the opportunity to fill the space with patrons on our wait list. We will provide a full refund or reschedule you if you provide more than 48 hours notice to us. We will charge the event fee for reservations not cancelled 48 hours in advance.

Is there an age limit?

Most of our painting classes are BYOB, which means we do have a few rules. Most importantly, it is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcohol. These classes are for adults. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding ages of any person in your group.

We do have Family Day Classes where we welcome all ages to attend. These classes are specifically marked as Family Classes.

As for our Private Painting Parties, these do not have any age restrictions. We are a perfect venue for Children's Birthday Parties, Bachelorette Parties, Ladies Night Out, Team Building Events, and just about any other reason you want to gather a group together and be creative!
